From 31/05/2021 to 04/06/2021 Niki Saridaki, a Research Associate of the BONDS project and in charge of the pottery analysis from the Neolithic site Imvrou Pigadi in Phiotida, did the first research campaign at the premises of the Ephorate of Antiquities of Fthiotida and Evritania in the framework of the project. Niki’s goal was to record and study pottery from the Neolithic Site of Imvrou Pigadi, one of the key case study sites of the project. The study in the Apotheke of Ephoreia was supported by the valuable help of our colleague Eirini Tzemopoulou, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. During this short period, we managed to record and photograph all the complete vessels from the site (IP1-IP23). Moreover, we studied pottery from specific units that are related with the pottery kilns found in Trench 2.
